24-hour Return Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is always one of the main priorities of SAET, so that every order is sent in the desired conditions, approved and expected by the customer. However, for some reason, the customer may return or exchange the purchased product, in which case the following provisions, as legal conditions governing online shopping, will be valid and agreed upon by the parties.

  1. The customer can cancel the purchase within 24 hours, provided that:
    • The purchased product is not opened and is sealed.
    • The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Depending on the choice of delivery method by the customer, the start time of 24 hours cancellation of the purchase according to the delivery date by the company to the supplier is valid.
  2. Suppose the products purchased by the customer are different from the products sent by the company in terms (material, brand, color). In that case, the customer must return the products to the company within 24 hours after receiving the products from the supplier, according to the following conditions.
    • The cost of returning the products will be borne by the company.
    • The time of calculation of the return of the products in the above assumption by the customer will be the date stated in the delivery receipt of the products to the supplier.
  3. If the purchased product is not subject to the above paragraphs and after opening the product from the package has technical defects, so that if the purchased product has one of the following conditions:
    • Warranty (except SAET warranty): The buyer must send the product to the warranty company. Hence, the company has no responsibility for technical defects of products with a guarantee other than the SAET warranty.
    • SAET warranty: The subscriber is obliged to return the said products to the company within 24 hours from the date stated in the delivery receipt for the products to be delivered to the company so that the company’s experts can investigate the cause and subsequently announce the result to the buyer.
    • No warranty: The company is not responsible for any technical defects.
  4. The buyer is obliged to immediately reopen the purchased products from the package or envelope, etc. while receiving the products from the merchants and in front of him. If the purchased products have physical defects such as (broken, cracked, scratched, etc.), avoid delivering the products. Otherwise, the delivery of the products by the supplier to the buyer is a confirmation of the physical health of the products, and the company’s subsequent claim of the buyer in this Does not accept private.
  5. Suppose the products purchased by the customer can not be delivered due to lack of inventory. The company is obliged to return the received money to the buyer within 72 working hours. Refund is subject to the announcement of the bank account number through the location specified in the user profile and registration of the request in the Contact Us section (request to cancel the order and refund) by the buyer. In case of delay in announcing the bank account, the company will not be responsible.

General Conditions on Product Return

  • Strictly refrain from sending products without coordination with SAET after-sales service.
  • To return, the products must be well packed in their original box or carton.
  • Before delivering the products to the sender, be sure to photograph the product and packaging from 6 directions on a white background and keep it with you to send it to the experts of this collection if necessary.
  • If the products are sent due to discrepancies or damage by postal methods, the sender must complete the insurance application form. Otherwise, to send the products for reasons such as canceling the purchase and using the 24-hour test period, it is recommended that the products be sent as insured because the criterion of SAET experts is the safe delivery of products from the shipping agent.
  • Labeling or writing the description, address, or any other item on the carton or the main box of the product or tearing and distorting it will eliminate the possibility of using the return guarantee. (If necessary, write your description on the back of the purchase invoice or on a separate piece of paper).
  • Since the payment of the shipping cost is subject to receiving the postal receipt, send the receipt to the stamped invoice with the package to be sure.
  • Avoid writing the address on the main box of the product, and if necessary, but the main package of the product in another carton and send it.

  • After receiving and accepting the products by SAET, depending on the product type and the problem announced by the customer, testing and reporting the final opinion of after-sales service experts will take up to a week.
  • Once the status of the products in the after-sales service unit is determined, a maximum of 72 working hours will be credited to the customer’s account if a refund is required.
