SAET Warranty Rules

  • It is necessary to provide a warranty card or hologram on the package to use after-sales service.
  • It is necessary for the customer to make sure that the product is physically healthy, serial label, and warranty card when buying.
  • The device is accepted without technical inspection and testing. Possible breakdowns leading to warranty cancellation will be announced subsequently after reviewing the technical department.
  • The holder of the delivery receipt is considered the owner of the products. Therefore, only in return for this receipt, the products will be delivered.
  • The receipt is valid for one month from the date of issue, after which the company is not responsible.
  • SAET is responsible for troubleshooting the device hardware under warranty. Of course, software services are not part of the company’s obligations, but they can be provided at the customer’s request for a fee.
  • The company is responsible for the care, protection, and backup of the customer’s information and software. If the information is lost for any reason, the company is not responsible.
  • A product whose production has stopped and needs to be replaced is calculated with the same product as the replacement and the corresponding price difference.
  • After-sales service will be available for a fee outside the warranty period.
  • SAET is not responsible for any damage caused by carrying the device before acceptance and after clearance.

Items Outside of Warranty Service

  • Any manipulation, damage, or tearing of the hologram and serial number so that the device’s specifications are unidentifiable, along with the non-matching of the serial number of the device with the number stated in the warranty.
  • Occurrence of any technical problems caused by impact, breakage, burns, water penetration, chemicals, fire, power fluctuations, severe dust, break or line of the drive lens, modem connection to the power supply, and improper manipulation and repair by various people.
  • Damage due to incorrect installation or improper connection to peripherals
  • Malfunction due to use outside the performance, maintenance, or environment parameters mentioned in the manual.
  • Damage or loss of any program, information, or external storage media or the cost of recovering programs and data.
  • Corruption due to miscellaneous software or through a virus.
  • Any changes in hardware components and the use of other adapters void the device warranty.
  • Ability to install or configure software and miscellaneous equipment or network configuration on the product.
  • Due to technological limitations, some equipment may be usable to a limited extent on these products or may not be functional at all. Unfortunately, these constraints are often standardized and shared in the IT industry.
  • Disasters are caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, and the like.
  • Defects caused by connecting defective accessories to the inputs and outputs of the device, including USB, HDMI, headphones, monitor, and the like.
  • Any type of electronic damage such as burns, bursts, discoloration of parts due to power fluctuations in the city, or the connection of defective and non-standard accessories visible to the naked eye and therefore the mainboard can not be repaired.
  • The defective appearance of sockets, bases, and inlet and outlet ports of the device.
